The Campus Council on Faculty Life (CCFL) is pleased to sponsor three programs for faculty who are interested in leadership development. CCFL and CORO, a nonprofit leadership organization, have partnered to offer faculty an opportunity to learn, in  an interactive workshop setting, essential leadership skills for leading teams and reducing conflict.  Faculty from across UCSF will engage in lively discussions and learn frameworks for (a) planning, facilitating and participating in effective meetings and team-based projects; (b) identifying, checking and communicating one's assumptions; and (c) improving interpersonal relationships with colleagues by balancing the use of inquiry and advocacy.

CORO uses an experiential approach that will allow you to bring up real-world examples from your own life and interact with peers.

The next 10 day Coro Faculty leadership Collaborative  with take place January 2017- May 2017. Details will be available here by June 1st 2016.
